Flexitallic Spiral Wound Gaskets
Style CG – Utilizes an external ring which accurately centers gasket on flange face: provides additional radial strength to prevent gasket blowout and acts as a compression stop. A general purpose gasket suitable for use with flat face and raised face flanges.
Style CGI – Suitable for use with flat face and raised face flanges and specified for high pressure/temperature service or where corrosive or toxic media are present.
Style R – Basic construction, inner and outer diameters are reinforced with several piles of metal without filler to give greater stability and better compression characteristics. Suitable for tongue and groove or male and female or grooved to flat face assemblies.
Style RIR – Solid inner metal ring acts as a compression stop and fills the annular space between flange bore and the inside diameter. Designed to prevent accumulation of solids, reduce turbulent flow of process fluids and minimize erosion of flange faces. Suitable for male and female pipe flanges.
Flexitallic Style M, MC and MCS
These styles are designed for boiler manhole cover assemblies. They are usually round, obround, or oval shape, depending upon the manhole plate configuration.
Kammprofile Gaskets
The serrated solid metal core concentrates bolt load on a small area for a tight seal at lower stress while solid the metal core resists cold flow, over compression and blowout. The rigid core provides exceptional stability, even in large sizes, and facilitates easy handling and installation.
Heat Exchanger Gaskets
Kenneth Industrial supplies a wide variety of heat exchanger gaskets. Among the most requested styles are double-jacketed gaskets, Kammprofile, corrugated gaskets, and solid gaskets, all available in a choice of metals and filler materials.
